7. Arrest and convict Facui for crimes against humanity
8. Fire DHS Dept of Health and Human Services top 3 levels (this includes the NIH, NIIAD, FDA, CDC)
9. Fire the 7th floor of the FBI building, DOJ top 3 levels, State Dept top 3 levels
10. Create a brand new org America 1st Agency (A1A) (install top 3 layers with America 1st Americans, all from middle America, all from non-government commercial private sector jobs)
11. Each month roll one of the 17 intelligence orgs under A1A firing the top 3 levels after the move. (DIA, FBI, NSA, CIA, xxx). They can interview for a lower position in A1A if they wish.
12. Move all executive agencies out of Wash DC to the state most representative of the department
(example: Energy to Texas, Dept of Interior to Nevada)
13. Recall Lindsay Graham, Mitch McConnel, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins (…)
14. Primary every Republican RINO – FYI this is happening, Thank you President Trump

At the Convention of States pass the following Constitutional Amendments
. Election integrity act (Bypassing state legislature with federal laws against, falsifying votes, harvesting, adjudicating original ballots, destroying ballots, tampering with processing equipment) – minimum 25yrs federal prison. I’m open to death penalty here too since voting is our most sacred act.
. Constitution Integrity Amendment – No law shall be written which violates or suspends our constitutional amendments. All existing laws that do not abide by this are herby made null and void as being unconstitutional. Any police or military action that violates our constitution or habeas corpus is punishable by a minimum of 10years in prison. Every State or Federal government employee must swear an oath to uphold the constitution above all else including their own chain of command.
. Term Limits – for all federal employees congress and deep state
. Flat Tax – aka fair tax fixed at 0% and with all income from Tariffs at 15%, this is how we grew our first 100 years
. No inheritance tax – make it illegal (Federal and State)
. Balanced Budget amendment – (if no budget is voted on then mandatory 2% cut to all federal budgets. No continuation bills)
– any amount spent over budget is taken first out of congressional salaries
– then congressional staff and expense budgets
. Supreme Court amendment – fix Justices to 9 and tenure limit of 25yrs
. Monetary integrity amendment – Abolish the Fed – Adopt Bitcoin or create a fix amt crypto currency as a US currency (no more treating crypto as cap gains, no more printing “devaluing” money), privatize Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac.
. Healthcare privatization amendment – It is not the role of govt to manage healthcare – they suck at it. Give people options through the private sector and regulate them to ensure integrity. This will also privatize Medicare and Medicaid.
. Social Security privatization amendment – Same as healthcare, govt may require you to give to a 401k but ITS YOUR MONEY, not the governments who steals (aka borrows) from it.
. Federal reduction amendment – (federal scope to only constitution, illegal to create new departments or give new powers to existing departments without US vote). This will immediately abolish dept of education, CFPB, privatized USPS, move dept of energy under A1A. consolidate all duplicate departments.
. Law expiration amendment – Limit laws to 25yrs unless congress votes to continue them.
. Judges conflict of interest – Judges who don’t recuse themselves from a proceeding where there is a clear conflict of interest can be sued and will get min 5yrs prison and disbarment (includes Supreme Court)
. Deep state act – Limit of 15yrs in any federal job except supreme court which is 25yrs
. Congress integrity act (intentionally lying to defraud the public – loose your seat and can’t ever be elected again, if you intentionally lie during a congressional session minimum 10yrs federal prison)
– Congress can not vote its own raises or benefits – has to be voted on by the public
– Congress has to be subjected to its own laws – no exclusions (example Obamacare exclusion)
– Congress members can not own charities
– When retired or upon death unused Presidential / Congressional campaign fund donations must be relinquished to a general campaign fund that evenly distributes proceeds to federal election candidates (not primary) for campaign use only, since you only have 1 term this won’t be a problem
